AL MAHA CERAMICS CO. SAOC commenced the
production of international quality tiles from April 2008.
Spread over a 150,000 SQMTR, the
plant is located in Sohar Industrial Area and is just 9 KM away
from Sohar port and is accessible to main centres in GCC and other
locations. In an industry that has witnessed rapid technological
change, AL Maha supported by very capable & qualified manpower
along with mind power, has become Gulf's leading ceramics tile
manufacturer.
AL MAHA CERAMICS manufactures international quality
ceramic wall tiles, floor tiles, border & highlighter
tiles. The initial installed capacity of the plant was 5
million SQMTR per annum; today the production capacity is 18000
SQMTR per day. The state of the art plant, fully automated
machinery and the latest technology from Italy is employed on a
turnkey basis to manufacture products that adhere to all
International Quality Standards.

plant uses locally available raw material with frits, glazes &
pigments imported from Spain & Italy. Al Maha today
manufactures almost all the standard sizes.
