Arvind Bindra
CEO
Mr Arvind Bindra joined Al Maha Ceramics in 2010. He has
over 16 years of General Management experience in South Asia and
Middle East. Prior to joining Al Maha Ceramics, he worked in
several senior positions with the leading Indian Multinational
Coating company Asian Paints Ltd for over 12 years. During his
assignment as the CEO of Berger Paints Emirates Ltd & Director
of Asian Paints Lanka Ltd, he managed to turn around and grow the
revenues & profitability of these companies
successfully.
Mr Bindra holds an MBA from London Business School &
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of
Engineering.

Ganapathi Subramanian
Finance Manager
Mr Ganapathi Subramanian has 28 years experience in the
area of Accounts, Finance, Purchase, Audit, IT & Logistics at
several companies operating in the Hospitality, Manufacturing &
Trading sectors. Prior to joining Al Maha Ceramics, he was heading
the Finance function at NAPCO, Oman.
Mr Ganapathi holds a Masters degree in Commerce from
India.

Abbas AmberAl Maskary
HR Manager
Mr Abbas Amber Al Maskary served in the Oman Military for
25 years, Later he joined as the Director of Safety and Security at
Grand Hyatt, Muscat. He has been working with Al Maha Ceramics
since 2008.

P. Mani
Factory Manager
Mr Mani has more than 30 years experience in the Ceramics
industry in the Middle East & India. Prior to joining Al Maha
Ceramics in 2007, he was heading the R & D and QC functions at
Emirates Ceramics Factory, Fujairah and worked there for 20
years.
Mr Mani holds a Diploma in Ceramics Engineering from
Institute of Ceramic Technology in Tamil Nadu, India.

Rajesh Singh
Project Manager
Mr Rajesh has more than 24 years' experience in the Ceramic
industry in the Middle East, Kenya & India. Prior to joining Al
Maha Ceramic in April 2011, he was heading as the Maintenance
Manager at Al Anwar Ceramic Oman for over 13 years.
Mr. Rajesh holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt.
Polytechnic in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Priyojeet Sen
Sales Head
Mr Priyojeet Sen has 16 years Sales & Marketing
experience in the building material industry. Before joining Al
Maha Ceramics, he was heading the South India operations for Orient
Ceramics. Prior to that he worked for seven years in the Sales
function at Kajaria Ceramics, India.
Mr Sen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business
Management & Masters degree in Commerce from India.
